When opening ConeXta for the first time, you will see our main screen:
SIf you are new: Select "Sign Up" to create your profile from scratch.
If you already have an account: Click on "Log In" and enter your email and password.
If you forgot your credentials: Select "Forgot your password?" to start the recovery process.
2. New User Registration (Step by Step)
We have designed a seamless process so you can join us in minutes:
nitial Credentials: Enter your primary email address to begin signing in.
Legal Agreement: Read and accept our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies to ensure a transparent environment.
Identity Form (3 phases): *
* Personal Data: Name, last name, date of birth, and nationality.
Location: Full address, city, region, and postal code.
Tax Information: Country of tax residence, tax ID number (TIN/RUT), and contact phone number.
3. KYC Verification: Protecting Your Identity
To enable all features of your wallet, we need to confirm who you are:
Step A: Identity Document:
Prepare your passport or official identification.
Make sure the photo is clear, well-lit, and the document fits perfectly within the guide frame.
Step B: Biometric Verification (Selfie):
Take a selfie following the guide points of our facial scanner.
Avoid accessories such as glasses or hats for instant validation.
Step C: Validation: Once submitted, our team will review your documents. You will receive a notification when your account is ready to operate without limits.
4. Account Recovery
If you lost access, recovering it is very simple:
Enter the email associated with your account.
You will receive a 4-digit security code in your inbox; enter it in the app.
Create a new secure password (remember it must have at least 9 characters, one uppercase letter, one number, and one symbol).
