3. How to Receive Funds in USD (ACH & Wire)

Ideal for receiving international payments directly to your wallet.

  • Channel Selection: From the "Receive" menu, select USD (ACH & Wire Transfer).

  • Account Details: The app will provide you with the necessary details, such as the beneficiary's name (e.g., Juan Palacios), bank (Facebank), and routing number.

  • Fee Based on Your Level: On this screen, you will see your current fee reflected (e.g., 0.5% if you are STANDARD).

  • External Guides: If you use platforms like Wise or Deel, there is a section with specific guides to help you link them.

4. How to Receive Crypto Assets

Receive funds from anywhere in the world instantly.

  • Token Selection: Choose between USDC or USDT.

  • Network Selection: It is very important to choose the correct network (TRON, ETHEREUM, or SOLANA) to avoid loss of funds.

  • QR Code and Address: Scan the generated QR code or copy the alphanumeric address to share it with whoever will send you the funds.
