1. Start the Transaction
From your Dashboard, press the main "Send" button located next to your balance.
You can also select a direct contact from your Recent Transactions section to speed up the process
2. Select the Destination
To a ConeXta User: Enter the recipient's email address or username for instant internal transfers.
To an External Wallet (Crypto): Choose the token (USDC or USDT) and the corresponding network (TRON, ETHEREUM, or SOLANA).
To a Bank Account: Select saved details or enter a new account for ACH or Wire transfers.
3. Enter the Amount
Enter the amount of USDC or USD you wish to transfer.
You will see a quick summary of the available balance after the transaction to avoid overdrafts.
4. Review and Confirmation (Security)
This is the most important screen. Review carefully:
Recipient: Name and address/account.
Selected network: Make sure it matches the receiver's network.
Applied fee: Here you will see the benefit of your membership (e.g., 0.5% for Standard or 0.3% for Platinum).
If everything is correct, swipe or press to Confirm Send.
5. Authorization and Receipt
Enter your security PIN or use your biometric validation (FaceID/Fingerprint) to authorize the outgoing funds.
Once processed, you will see the 'Successful Transfer!' screen with the transaction number.
You can download or share the digital receipt immediately.
